Ordering

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Or you can track your order with your order/shipping number in our tracking page.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Please send your request to Service@accmode.com.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

 

How do discount codes work?

Simply enter the discount code on the cart page and click on apply coupon button. Some discounts are automatically applied at checkout. If your code is not working please contact us via email : Service@accmode.com A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. We have the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

 

How do I contact ACCMODE Customer Service?  

You can contact us via the Contact Us page.  Alternatively, leave us a message on the Messenger live chat (bottom right corner) and we will get back to you within the day. Or email us Service@accmode.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

VAT and tax

VAT (at 20%) is included on all orders within the UK & Europe, and is included in the listed product prices. EU orders: We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws. Outside the EU: VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off any order being delivered outside the EU. This amount has already been deducted from the product prices you see on the site.

 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

What is the shipping policy?


Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?


We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

 

What is your jewelry made of?

Our earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings are made with a variety of metals and stones. When shopping online, each product lists the specific metal and stone used.

 

Do you make custom orders?

Unfortunately no. At the moment we are not able to take custom orders.
